EVENT OVERVIEW
On February 14th, 2024, the Office of Women and Children Development organized a program on the theme “Love, A Need or A Gift?” This insightful event aimed at advising and educating attendees on whether love is a need or a gift or both. The session was led by Mrs. Adeline Baidoo, whose profound insights enriched our understanding of love as both a necessity and a precious gift.

KEY HIGHLIGHT
Mrs. Adeline Baidoo’s speech sparked meaningful conversations and prompted attendees to reflect on the multifaceted nature of love. Throughout the session, participants actively engaged with questions and concerns, contributing to a rich and thought-provoking dialogue.
In addition to the mentees and executives, we were honored to have Professor Elsie and the founder of the organization, Mrs. Linda Asante, grace the occasion. Their presence added to the warmth and significance of the event, underscoring the importance of the theme in our lives.
Mrs. Linda Asante delivered a heartfelt speech, emphasizing the transformative power of love in fostering personal growth and building strong, resilient communities.

IMPACT AND FEEDBACK
The event left a lasting effect on the attendees with the knowledge of love being both a need and a gift. Many expressed gratitude for Mrs. Adeline Baidoo’s clarity, emphasizing on the need for self-love. Feedback from the attendees showed that they enjoyed the program and would put everything they learned into practice.
